At Drivn by Vibe, we aim to deliver products that match your expectations. Since most of our products are made to order, we follow a strict but fair return policy.
Please read the details below carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item was delivered damaged
- The item received is incorrect

If your order meets any of the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Minor color differences due to screen settings
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping details
Please refer to the size guide carefully before placing your order.
3. Replacement Process
If your request is approved:
- We will arrange a replacement for the same product
- Replacement will be processed after verification
- Processing timelines may vary depending on availability
We do not offer refunds unless a replacement cannot be fulfilled.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only if:
- A replacement is not available
- The item is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
